My condo is without water. There was a watermain break in front of the building so the city had to turn the water off. I doubt it will be fixed by dinner time. I guess the restaurants in the area will...

HM, I don't know for sure. It definitely wasn't the heat considering our summer (or lack there of). Based on my experience in the sewer and watermain industry, heat doesn't cause break problems up...
